As part of our commitment to giving you the best CareApp experience, we need to perform some maintenance on our systems. CareApp will be undergoing scheduled maintenance on Thursday, April 13, between midnight and 1am, Australian Eastern Standard Time.
CareApp may be unavailable during this maintenance window.
We need to perform a database version upgrade on the database housing your CareApp data. This is a routine upgrade as recommended by our cloud services provider, Amazon Web Services.
We expect the upgrade to take approximately 40 minutes to complete. During this time you may not be able to access CareApp.
